3. Key Features
1. Automatic packaging, bag folding and sealing are integrated in one unit.
2. Once the operator loads a bag, the machine automatically completes filling and sealing. The machine supports automatic drop adjustment and stores production recipes. To change products, select the required product on the touchscreen. The machine automatically loads the corresponding parameters for the next production run.
The machine uses a touchscreen and a PLC-based central control system. Servo transmission provides a high level of automation. Product specifications can be changed quickly to support flexible production.
4. The combined bag feeder includes horizontal and vertical bag magazines. It is suitable for automatic bag supply of flat woven bags and hand-held woven bags (bottom seam and bottom hem). A dual-station bag supply mechanism provides continuous bag feeding without stopping the machine.
5. The machine performs fault self-diagnosis and displays alerts to support faster troubleshooting. Maintenance is simple and convenient.
6. The enclosed machine design includes a safety interlock.
7. The weighing scale uses separate cylinder-driven feeding and a three-sensor weighing structure.
8. Weighing components are in a closed working room to reduce corrosion and wear of components.
