3. Key Features

The machine uses a touchscreen and a PLC-based central control system. Full-servo transmission provides a high level of automation.

2. Mold changes are quick and straightforward. Recipes are stored for automatic adjustment; changing the two side molds is sufficient for the relevant format change.

3. Once the operator loads a bag, the machine automatically completes filling and sealing.

4. The machine performs fault self-diagnosis and displays alerts to support faster troubleshooting.

5. High throughput is supported by continuous bag supply, multi-station discharge and multi-station heat-sealing vacuum processing.
