3. Key Features
1. Ordinary woven-bag packaging and bag folding are integrated in one automatic packaging unit.
2. To change products, select the required product on the touchscreen. The machine automatically loads the corresponding parameters for the next production run.
The machine uses a touchscreen and a PLC-based central control system. Servo transmission provides a high level of automation.
4. The combined bag feeding machine is suitable for automatic bag feeding of flat bag and buckle bag.
5. The machine performs fault self-diagnosis and displays alerts to support faster troubleshooting.
6. The enclosed machine design includes a safety interlock.
7. The weighing scale uses separate cylinder-driven feeding and a three-sensor load-bearing structure.
8. Weighing components are in a closed working room to reduce corrosion and wear of components.
