3. Key Features

1. The three-in-one unit supports woven-bag packaging, inflatable heat-sealed packaging and two-sided vacuum packaging. (Optional hemming function)

2. To change products, select the required product on the touchscreen. The machine automatically loads the corresponding parameters for the next production run.

The machine uses a touchscreen and a PLC-based central control system. Servo transmission provides a high level of automation.

4. The combined bag feeding machine is suitable for automatic bag feeding of woven bags and PE buckle bags. A dual-station bag supply mechanism provides continuous bag feeding without stopping the machine.

5. The machine performs fault self-diagnosis and displays alerts to support faster troubleshooting. Maintenance is simple and convenient.

6. The enclosed machine design includes a safety interlock.

7. The weighing scale uses separate cylinder-driven feeding and a three-sensor weighing structure.

8. Weighing components are in a closed working room to reduce corrosion and wear of components.
